President Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin had what’s being called a “tense” meeting about Syria on the sidelines of the G-8 summit today.
But that’s really a sidebar to what I really wanted to mention, which is a story that’s been out there for a day or two now. Putin is being accused of stealing a Super Bowl ring from Robert Kraft, the guy who owns the New England Patriots.

It turns out that Kraft gave it to Putin to look at when they met back in 2005, and Putin just put it in his pocket.
