The American appetite for trucks seems to have no end, and Ford, GM and Dodge are doing well with their ever-expanding line of ever-bigger gas-powered pickups. Tesla, with its electric Cybertruck, believes there is room for something quite different. But the pickup market is a tough one to crack.
