For LGBTQ people, personal finance can be extra stressful

When it comes to the economy, parts of your identity, such as gender, race or sexual orientation can impact how you feel. A new project from WNYC studios’ “Nancy” podcast, in partnership with the polling firm Morning Consult, explores the intersection of money and the LGBTQ community. The “Queer Money Matters” series is co-hosted by Kathy Tu and Tobin Low. They spoke with Marketplace host Kai Ryssdal about the series and their findings from the survey.
