But retailers might actually want you to return gifts

How many of the presents you got over the weekend are you going to keep? According to the National Retail Federation, about 10 percent of holiday purchases end up getting returned. That number jumps to about 30 percent for online orders. But if you return that sweater your mom got you to a brick-and-mortar store, you might end up buying something else.
