Would anyone take a Trump vs. Sanders debate seriously?

We asked what you'd want the candidates to answer if they actually had a debate. Here's what you said.

In the latest twist to an unconventional election season, presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump could be debating all-but-mathematically-eliminated Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders.

Hillary Clinton, Sander’s rival and the presumptive Democratic nominee, declined to debate Sanders before next month’s California primary. During his appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” Wednesday night, Trump said he’d be willing to step in the ring instead.

Sanders, who’s set to appear on “Kimmel” Thursday, accepted the challenge on Twitter almost immediately after Trump’s interview aired.

Now, it’s not at all clear whether this debate will actually happen, but we put it to you: What should a hypothetical moderator ask if Sanders and Trump hit the debate stage?

A few of you didn’t take the prospect too seriously, which isn’t surprising, given this election so far.

But we also got some questions that could be pretty interesting on a debate stage.
