How would you like to see paid family leave work?

States are moving ahead on paid family leave.

The governor was joined by house Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi. The proposal, 'Strong Families, Strong New York', calls for 12 weeks of paid benefits to allow workers to care for new children or other family members.
