The Paris talks are officially over…what’s next?

Today is officially the last day of the U.N. climate talks in Paris. The key word is officially, because the French foreign minister has already said the next draft for negotiators isn’t going out until tomorrow morning. We’ve got a general enough outline of a deal to ask some “what happens now?” questions.
