Markets await delayed employment figures
Delayed figures on unemployment are expected to hold steady.
Like the package without a tracking number, tomorrow’s jobs report will have taken its sweet time to get here. Unemployment and employment numbers for September are probably the most important government statistics of the month, yet they have been delayed more than two weeks because of the partial government shutdown.
