Screening out job candidates with Facebook? Don’t

A new study says Facebook behavior isn't a good indicator of prospective employee performance.

Companies often check social media to get a sense of how prospective employees behave on their own time. If there are photos of beer chugging and drug use, for instance, up pops a giant red flag. But a new study says that’s actually a bad move for employers.
