Time to move to Minneapolis (or St. Paul). The Bureau of Labor Statstics released its list of the major U.S. metropolitan cities (population rates over 1 million people) with the lowest unemployment rates. Topping the list for May 2013 were the Twin Cities of Minnesota, with an unemployment rate of 4.7 percent. The Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area beat out recent list-topper Oklahoma City, which now sits in 2nd place with 5 percent unemployment.

New York, by the way, ranks 37th on the list; Los Angeles is at 42. Memphis, Tenn., is at the bottom of the list, with an unemployment rate of 9.5 percent.
