The Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area beat out recent list-topper Oklahoma City, which now sits in 2nd place with 5 percent unemployment.

New York, by the way, ranks 37th on the list; Los Angeles is at 42. Memphis, Tenn., is at the bottom of the list, with an unemployment rate of 9.5 percent.
