A recent Wall Street Journal-NBC poll showed 49 percent of people think it is a “bad idea.” But according to a poll conducted by the Spanish language broadcaster Univision, Latinos in California have a much more positive take new health care law. Only a small minority — 7 percent — of respondents have an unfavorable view of health care reform.
