If you spend any time around teenagers, you already know about the popularity of Snapchat. The app allows users to send photos and other messages that self-destruct in a few seconds. So what’s Snapchat’s latest demographic? Wall Street bankers.
“These are people who are exceptionally careful, more than one banker’s career has been cut short by a boss finding something on social media,” says says Kevin Roose, writer for New York magazine. “Snapchat came along and it was a relatively safe way to communicate silly or incriminating things.”
