U.K. flies more than a million dollars cash to Cyprus

A British air force plane was loaded up with cold hard cash and flown to Cyprus for the British military there.

The Royal Air Force has loaded up a plane with a million euros of cold hard cash — that’s one and a quarter million U.S. dollars — and flown it to Cyprus, so that the 3,000 British military stationed on the island nation can get loans when their ATM and debit cards stop working.
