Jobs, jobs, jobs. Or more like, the lack thereof. Tess Vigeland visited a job fair in the Crenshaw District and talked to job seekers — many who have been unemployed for more than year — about their hopes and struggles. We also learn about a potential disturbing trend of employers discriminating against the unemployed.

But we won’t leave you without a light at the end of the tunnel. We talked to author Laura Dodd who wrote “Dig this Gig: Find your dream job — or invent it.” She says more than ever, now is the time to pursue the job you want or even create it.
