This is the real promise of technology. Informing the young people that things weren’t always this bad on The Tonight Show. That Conan wasn’t the ONLY funny person to ever host it. That Jay Leno didn’t ALWAYS ruin everything. The officially sanctioned Carson YouTube channel has celebrity remembrances (fine, Howie Mandel, say your piece) but more importantly it has classic clips. Downside: this things is chock-a-block with ads and even if it is Carson, it still sucks to sit through a 30 second ad just to watch a 90 second clip.
