Yesterday California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation administrators announced that they’ve had enough of the whole mess. Officials are reporting pages they believe to be opened on prisoners’ behalf to Facebook. Pages are usually maintained by someone on the outside, then prisoners use contraband cell phones to post updates. Worse is that some prisoners are using smuggled phones to harass their victims.
