For most Egyptian entrepreneurs, starting a business is like waiting in line at the DMV: Numerous forms, endless lines and a tangle of red tape make the process a dizzying one. You’d think after the revolution, the government would be bending over backward to make the process easier, but hotel owner Hesham Abass says they’ve got a long way to go.
