After all this talk about the Sony hacker attack, how about some hacker love… Music Hack Day is set to take place May 7-8. According to the San Francisco branch of musichackday.org, there will be lots of hacking, lots of pizza, very little sleep.

The event coincides nicely with the just announced partnership of music subscription service Rdio and “music intelligence” company Echo Nest. Basically, Echo Nest developers will now have access to Rdio’s millions of songs in order to pick out more music you might like.
