There’s been a lot of reforms happening over the last few years. The latest targets mortgage brokers, who theoretically should be getting you the best loan deals possible. And health reform turns one, but it’ll be a while before any of the significant sections of it will be in effect. Reporter Sarah Varney takes a look at what some people are opting to do while they wait.
