Today was a busy day in Asia. The G-20 nations are meeting today in Seoul, South Korea. At the top of the agenda? Heading off a “currency war,” and discussing trade deficits. And AIG sold its Asia branch (AIA) on the market today. The profit will go towards paying back the government bailout they received.

As we get closer to the midterm elections, political parties are encouraging voters to head to the polls. This year, however, parties are able to target those voters who will align with their specific views thanks in great part to a new system of “micro-targeting.”

And Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwich employees will vote today to decide whether or not to unionize. If the vote is yes, they will be the first U.S. fast food workers to join a union.

Here are the songs we played:

  • Light Powered — Deastro Buy

  • Mista President — The Souljazz OrchestraBuy
