No, not for his privacy policies. Pakistan’s deputy attorney general is pursuing charges against the Facebook CEO because someone on Facebook organized a “Draw Muhammad” contest, in violation of Pakistan’s laws against insulting Muhammad. This was the same contest that led Facebook to be banned in Pakistan for a time. The ban was lifted after Facebook removed the page. The deputy attorney general also plans to take the matter to the UN General Assembly and has contacted Interpol about arresting Zuckerberg, although one gets the impression that this is unlikely to happen in the near future.
