Sanofi-Aventis to buy Chattem

French pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis is buying Chattem Incorporated, which produces Selsun Blue and Gold Bond products. Bill Radke talks with Les Funtleyder of Miller Tabak + Co. about the nearly $2 billion deal.
